Our 2-Year Limited Warranty for Shower Doors & Enclosures

We proudly offer a 2-year limited warranty on all new shower doors and enclosures that we fabricate and install. This warranty gives you peace of mind that your investment is protected from defects in materials and workmanship — because quality is what we build on.

What’s Covered?

This limited warranty covers:
• Any new shower door or enclosure manufactured and installed by our team
• Defects in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the installation date

If your product has an eligible issue, we’ll repair or replace the defective part at no cost during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear from regular usage
• Water conditions (hard water buildup, discoloration, etc.)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Accidents, alterations, or installation by third parties
• Any product not installed by Shower Door Specialties

Repair or Replacement Terms

• All warranty claims must be approved by Shower Door Specialties before any repair or replacement work is done.
• We reserve the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product or part.
• If rework is needed, labor costs must be pre-approved. Labor rates will be credited at a rate set by Shower Door Specialties.
• This warranty applies to materials only. No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages.

Who Is Covered?

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It is not valid if the product is moved, altered, or reinstalled by a third party.

Legal Notice

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Shower Door Specialties and is in place in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
