We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

3. Installation Terms

By scheduling an installation with us, you agree to:
• Provide accurate site access and availability
• Clear the workspace before our team arrives
• Approve measurements and product selections in writing

All installations are performed by qualified technicians. Any changes requested after installation may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly stated on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• A deposit may be required before fabrication or scheduling
• The remaining balance is due upon completion
• Late payments may be subject to fees or collection efforts

We accept credit cards, checks, and other approved forms of payment.

5. Product Warranty

We offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on new shower doors and enclosures that we manufacture and install. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shower Door Specialties Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
