- measurement is very accurate
- price is the lowest from the 3 quotes we get
- installation is professional. they protect the floor to avoid damage, and leave note for how long before we could use it
- one hardware finish is wrong, they find and handle it and redo install next week without any action from my side

I mistakenly thought they might not have a competitive bid, just given the “Specialties” in the name, but they understood what we were looking for (36″ opening for shower door with minimal enclosure) and gave us a measurement and bid right away.
